Exterior Renovation
This project was the exterior renovation a residential brick rowhouse built in 1899. It is designated as an Individual Landmark by the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission and, as such, the project had to meet stringent regulations for design, filing and construction. The front and rear facades where carefully restored and the brick chimney rebuilt. A contemporary roof deck was added that meet the LPC restrictions and the clients requirements and design aesthetic.
