New Elevator and Lobby Addition
A second entrance with an elevator was necessary to modernize an existing commercial building. Adding a new enclosed stair to the exterior of the building allowed space inside for a new elevator. An existing retail store was gutted and renovated into a modern two-story lobby with a new metal and glass storefront.
