This, in progress project, is a complex of six affordable housing units, suitable for seasonal rental. Is being built in response to great need of housing by this tourist destination town. The minimal footprint and two story configuration provide a leisure life style within a compact site design. Outdoor private areas and open views are achieved by elevation of units in sloped grading.
