Restaurant Renovation

An existing first floor apartment and basement were converted into a bar/restaurant. A second renovation expanded the restaurant into an adjacent apartment which added another bar and lounge with a fireplace. Some challenges presented at the location were a three foot difference in floor height from the sidewalk and low ceiling.
