House Renovation
Alteration and addition to existing house. Scope of work included a ten foot addition at the rear of the house, new raised roof to increase square footage on the second floor, and a new stair connecting the three levels. All levels were reconfigured to meet the owners requirements of a master suite, guest bedroom, and a two car garage with an interior connection to living areas. The ridge of the roof was raised six feet and designed with a low top-plate height to keep the house in scale with the neighborhood.
