Master Plan Historic Restoration Adaptive Reuse
Development of a concept master plan for the existing Montevideo Central Station. The project encompassed a program containing the following: Science Center, Retail, Restaurants, Offices, Hotel Complex, Residential Complex, Expo and Convention Center. All spaces connected by promenades, gardens and fountains, kiosks and outdoor cafes. The goal of the development is to create uniquely Uruguayan cultural and commercial core to spur surrounding community and residential development.
