Stuyvesant Town Office and Security Command Center
The security office of a large apartment complex had outgrown their current headquarters and needed to be relocated and updated with state of the art technology. Our mission was to fit the complex program and security requirements in the cellar level of one of the residential buildings. Some of the challenges in the design were low existing ducts and pipes, and numerous scattered columns throughout the space.
