Historic Exterior Restoration
The NYU administrative and classroom buildings at 1-3 Washington Square North are located in a NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission designated historic district. Façade renovations included parapet reconstruction, wood cornice repair, new windows, masonry repair, new lighting, as well as ironwork repair. All items were carefully designed and selected to maintain the historical look and satisfy Landmarks requirements.
